I received a mailing today letting me know that my shares purchased very early in the Aptera offering had been reversed split by 2/3 s
No shareholders voting just telling. Makes me wonder about the character of this company.
I guess since the offerings have closed no loyalty was felt towards the early investors
With these type of actions, my commitment to buy a car is on shaky footing.

Apparently some got a Chance to vote on this proposal, but most didn't. Not sure this split makes much difference in the grand scheme.
